As far as "down there" a lot of people do something called "tucking". Women's panties work much better for looking like a female than anything on that site. As far as up top, again, if the goal was to look female, you'd want the right bra too. Preferably something underwire, with some "falsies" built in. But the goal as far as that site goes is clearly not to look like a female. The goal is to put something slightly feminine on someone, in order to make them look as masculine as humanly possible in contrast. Which would definitely be a good thing for some.
