Sex (Physiological): Female Gender Identity: Female/Woman Gender Expression: Feminine Preferred Pronouns: She/Her/Hers Sexual Orientation: (Sex based): Attracted to both with a slant towards men Sexual Orientation: (Gender based): Attracted to masculine girls (usually a mindset, not necessarily how they appear on the outside) and also just girls in general, probably to guys too? This is a rather confusing question. Romantic Orientation: Attracted to women Social Compatibility: The vast majority of my friends are women, but I would not mind having more guy friends. I just never seem to make any!
I'm still kinda confused on "gender-based" sexual orientation vs. romantic orientation. Can anyone clarify? I get that it's focusing on gender rather than physical sex, but I'm still stumped.
Sex (Physiological): Female Gender Identity: Woman Gender Expression: Androgynous-feminine to feminine Preferred Pronouns: She/Her/Hers Sexual Orientation: (Sex based): Attracted to female bodies Sexual Orientation: (Gender based): Attracted to women Romantic Orientation: Attracted to personalities, more feminine Social Compatibility: Pansocial
Sex: male Gender identity: agender Gender expression: both/neither Preferred pronouns: he/him/his Sexual orientation: (sex based): Male bodies (gender based): pansexual romantic orientation: panromantic social compatibility: pansocial (I feel more comfortable around girls usually but I think it's more of an issue with the boys that I've met...)
I don't really see the point of this. It's still giving people options that they have to choose from that may not always suit them. Visually, each option is represented by a line or apex. The use of an apex implies that 'gay' or 'straight' or whatever is the peak, but there is no implication of a scale between peaks. Therefore, people aren't able to pick where they feel they fit in along a scale. It still limits people to choosing gay, bi or straight.
Even though it's biased in the way discussed above, it's useful for separating the different components, things some people might not have considered. When people ask me about orientation, I want to ask if they mean physically, socially, romantically, etc. - I have different answers for each.
