Anybody else do this when they're home alone?

Haha I don't quite do a concert like I'm playing a setlist from one artist, but I like to blast music and sing out loud. Or I'd play my guitar/piano in my room and pretend there's an audience who's loving it :lol:

 

Yeah...am I the only one who thought something naughty when I read the title of the thread?

 

Sometimes when I listen to classical I pretend I'm the conductor or a violinist! '_'

Concerning the actual post, I occasionally do like to grab my hiking staff, pretend it's a microphone, and rock out like I'm Steve Perry singing "Don't Stop Believin'" in front of thousands of screaming fans.

 

I don't dance. I sing. And talk to myself. Out loud. Yeah I'm crazy.

 

I pretend I can actually sing well.

 

No, you're certainly not alone, and I'm relieved that I'm not the only one. I'm living alone at the moment, and I swear I have nightmares someone looks through the windows and wonders what the hell I'm doing (like I'm weirder than the guy peering through windows!).

 

I sing loud enough for my voice to get echoed Unfortunately my place is never empty anymore, so I don't get to sing much heheh

I always use something random as a microphone. Or just my hand.

 

I walk around narrating everything I am doing in an accent of some sort (it varies from British to Irish to Scottish) and I occasionally have conversations that I think I am going to have with a person, I just fill in what I think they will say

 

Ive just spent the past hour singing along to the most random mix of songs. The worst part is, my flatmates are all downstairs and can probably hear me butchering these songs. Ah well, im having fun.

 

Yeaaaah, Even better I get to play all my embarrassing songs and sing along!

 

I also had naughty thoughts when I saw this thread. I'm almost disappointed...

I tend to sing along, badly, to whatever I'm listening to. Which is ok until Blind Guardian or Iron Maiden come on, then my tone goes all over the place cos I can't hit the high notes, and struggle with the really low ones lol.

It's more embarrasing when I'm singing alng at work and customers catch me...

 

I know the feeling, its almost always something really embarrassing to be singing as well. Its almost always the really camp songs i get caught with too, Abba, Eurasia, George Michael, etc. I cant help it if the songs get stuck in my head!

 

This afternoon it was Don Henley Boys of Summer. I've been caught singing worse...

 

I think the worst ive been caught with was "the winner takes it all" but knowing me ive probably done worse and just forgotten about it

 

I can honestly say I have NEVER done this, on my own or with any witnesses.

It would be fun to catch someone doing it, though (!)
