What Are You Thinking?

I gotta say, there are a lot of depressed young people on this board, and frankly it makes me sad too. Each and every one of you, of us, offers something to the world that is completely our own. No one else can offer what I do, and I can't offer what you do. There is so much power in owning what you can offer, even if you have let yourself believe you offer nothing. You do. Trust me, you do.

I admit it really hurts to not have found the "special someone" yet, I'm in the same boat. But then I realize, I'm ONLY 22, I ONLY came out exactly 5 weeks ago. Am I really behind the curve on finding love? There's a ton of time and even more hope, we all just have to be patient. It sucks and it hurts and I don't want to have to wait, but I know that I will get what I want in the end. I just have to be prepared to not only wait for it, but actively seek it as well.

It just occurred to me that my obsession with leather is a fetish. Weird, I thought it was totally normal.

 

I've read several perspectives and it's not uncommon for LGBT people to take much longer to develop relationships due to the fact that straight people don't have to suppress their feelings out of fear. Not saying that there aren't people that come out from the getgo - It's just a trend.

All I'm saying is that if you're alone, don't feel bad. It won't always be that way

 

And the countdown begins... 6 days until I put on my beautiful dress, walk down the isle and exchange rings and vows with my beautiful partner. I could not be happier!!

I got a swift kick in the rear (figuratively speaking) by a friend today. I needed that.

 

Hmm, well this is going to be hard but life isn't easy right. Idk why or how but I just had a mood swing and want this one to stay. Screw finding someone I don't care anymore! I'm just going to get high off life and flirt my ass off with anyone I want to!! If I end up dating someone only time will tell if we stay together till then, its just time to have fun like before!! I think everyone should join me in this!

All this within the course of my four mile loop. I love Austin and its fit, active, good looking men. I just wished they loved me back...

 

Mmm, lucky you. When I went for my run today I was chased by my neighbor's morbidly obese Chow-Chow. I had to put it in my car and drive it back home.

 

God damn it.

I've been looking more into my crush to the point where I got a facebook - something I've been terrified of coming back to due to personal reasons.

They have similar interests to me.

Worst of all, they're in a relationship.

And I'm too afraid to even friend them.

Piss.

 

Today I had lunch with friends at the Magnolia Cafe on Lake Austin Blvd. We had a 20 minute wait, so we waited outside. I lost count of how many shirtless guys I saw running buy.

 

And let the week of hell begin.

I generally advise against hints. Usually more effective to just say what you want.
