Someday, I'm going to have this fabled New York City pizza that Joey keeps pestering me about I keep hearing about, but until then, my favourite pizza is from a locally-owned pizzeria from my hometown.
And I feel extremely bad for you =P Though I'm not in NY anymore either, so I feel bad for myself too.
i hate most comercial pizza's when you try to mass market pizza the quality and taste decline the bigger it gets, i like local pizzaria, cause then even if the pizza bad i know im supporting local businesses. and my favorite piza has to be pepperoni donner kebbab and garlic pizza(trust me alot nicer than it sounds)
I voted Little Caesar's. Not because they're the best tasting, but because you can get a large pizza for $5, and that's within my budget. I'd love to try NY style pizza one day, but until then, I'm gonna just stick with the chains. And, my fave topping is pepperoni. (Generic, I know )
Well I don't live in the US and the only one of those we have here is Pizza Hut, but I don't like it much. To much dough and cheese Best pizza is home made on my parents "pizza stone". I like mozarella, serano ham, fresh mini tomateos, fresh mushrooms and oregano on mine salami, olives and sun-dried tomateos are good too. If I buy pizza from one of the local pizza places I usually go for beef, tomateos, mushrooms and bearnaise sauce, and maybe some onions Or kebab. Swedish pizza is more similar to italian pizza then american pizza.
OOHHH, forgot all about this little restaurant that opened up in my town a few years ago. It's called "Olive Tree" (name's a clear rip-off for Olive Garden, but it's 30943091283129 times better). They have THE BEST cheese pizzas and calzones. Omg, the calzones....to die for.
they all have their good and bad things except for papa johns where their pizza gives me the runs. i'll eat any pizza even though i prefer my pizza with no tomato sauce. just extra cheese and bread.
My favorite would probably be from Jeff's Pizza Shop, located right here in Ames, about two blocks from where I live. Far better than any chain pizza. But if I had to pick a chain, it would probably be Godfather's.
I LOVE eating pizza! I don't go out for pizza that often though, considering a pizza here in Norway costs 40 US $. We don't have Pizza Hut or Dennis here either.. there is a chain I like to go to though, but I doubt any of you have heard of it, so there's no use mentioning it.
