    Any one else here think the same bullshit announcement will also happen in october.... that there was ...yet... another... mis-caculation .. on the exect date. PLEASE... this guy is an old money grubbing asshole. Plain and simple. The best thing he could do for humanity is just to up and die already.

    I'm so sick and tired of hearing the predictions of this old bastard.
    I can't believe people still in this day and age even give more than than a passing laugh at this old fucker. :bang:

    I was watching Jay Leno tonight and he was talking about this and said something quite humorous. After mentioning it was now moved to October he said, "What? Is Jesus the cable guy now? Yeah I'll be there sometime between May and October between the hours of 9 and 5"

    All this stuff about the end of the world is just ridiculous.

    Fine by me if anyone truly believes that the end of the world is near, but don't spread it around and pin it all on some texts from the Bible. It's just insulting and there really isn't any solid evidence as such. What Harold Camping (what an apt surname :grin:) has done on the three or so occasions he's done it is usually just playing on people's vulnerability or sheer stupidity in believing anything, regardless of whether or not he's worked it out.

    The only possible way I'll believe the world is in serious danger of ending is if man-made errors such as nuclear war happen, or if an asteroid/comet hits the Earth or the sun expands any time soon (but probably won't for billions of years). At least these pose a solid threat.
