    Bleurgh, smoking. :bang:

I wish my straight crushes smoked, then I'd have no trouble getting over them. :icon_bigg I can't stand people who just stand around and smoke, and what's worse is I'll be paying for their healthcare when they get cancer >.>

I'm allergic to tobacco, so the only thing the smell does for me is fill me with dread of the oncoming storm of sneezes and coughs I'm about to endure.

Someone who is interested in me smokes. Too bad for them, because it's a total deal breaker for me.

BTW, cigarette smoke has 4x the concentration of carbon monoxide of car exhaust.

Okay, I like the smell of cigarettes before they are lit (just the smell of unlit tobacco i guess).. but afterwards, I could do without the smell and the fact that i get paranoid and conserve my breathing as much as possible (and then I try to hide the fact that im doing it so that i dont come off as rude >_<)

I used to have the same thoughts on it. My mom was always a smoker, so it almost smells like home to me. I used to not mind it at all. But now that I've been away from home for so long, every time I smell it, it makes me feel sick. It's just gross now.

I grew up with my dad smoking all the time, and the smell has become comforting to me actually.. I don't smoke myself but the smell soothes any problems I have at the moment.

I smoke myself, so its normal, but if a guy in a business suit smells of smoke, I'd think.. " Ooh la la "

I smoke Cigars and Pipes, and I love the smell. When it comes to cigarettes it depends on the brand and type, because some of them can smell like you're burning newspapers and others smell okay.

The smell of cigarettes makes me cough...and it reminds me of my father (who smokes). Two reasons not to like it.

I grew up with a smoker who would write "notes" so i could purchase her cigarettes from the market.. i was 4.. i had no clue it wasn't legal until much later in life. so i can't stand the smell of cigarettes. but i do like the cigar/pipe smell... cuz it reminds me of my grandpa.

  14. I hate it....especially in a car.

    And...I'm a smoker.

Meh, it's okay. I much prefer the smell of gasoline, don't know why.

Hah, I also like the smell of gasoline.

I like the smell of cigars, too. It's the smell that started me smoking them though I only smoke rarely. Never feel "cravings" on my own... but discussions like this make me want to smoke, haha (they also make me feel like a horrible, disgusting human being, hah, you guys are harsh).

Alas, smoking rarely means I obviously don't have anything on hand to smoke when these sorts of discussions make me want to.

I absolutely detest cigarette smoke. I can smell it even a day later, and it generally ruins my sense of smell AND of taste for a bit.

I do actually like the smell of unsmoked cigarettes, though. I could do indefinitely with a packet, since I'd just occasionally sniff it :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Can't stand it. It drys out my contact lenses horribly and also makes my eyes itchy. Plus, it's just so gross thinking of inhaling that (even if it's second hand) and having my body and clothing smell like that.

Can't stand the smell or the sight of cigar/ette smoke. During my visits to China, I couldn't go a day without inhaling a prodigious amount of secondhand smoke unless I didn't venture outdoors. I never liked smoking to begin with, so the awful situation in China pretty much sealed my complete aversion to it.
