    Another sign of changing attitudes towards LGBT'ers--and another good case for equal marriage.
     
  3. Gosh, I sure hope that this DOES mean that things are a-changin' around here in the US. You always hear about real young people and their changing attitudes about this and that, but I almost think it's more telling of the near future to hear about adults' changing attitudes about things.

    I do KINDA wonder if they treat those not married in heterosexual couples as the next of kin, or if they ask them for a marriage license too. If that is the case, then good on them. :slight_smile:

    But they did. They definatly did do things differently. They were accepting. That's much more than many similar places would have done.

    Thanks for posting this. My brother is a Marine serving in Afghanistan and he's got the homophobia act in the bag. He was never like that before joining the USMC. I hope the attitude change spreads soon and fast.
