I pretty much do not listen to Asian pop at all, but I know some because of the friends I had when I was in college. specifically Big Bang.

    Like this song.

This stuff is so blatantly homoerotic, it's hilarious.

    Catchy song though >__>

    (I like J-Metal though, like X-Japan ^_^)

Asian boy bands are mostly about sex appeal and fan service, so the stuff above doesn't come as much of a surprise. ^^

The only Jpop group I listen to regularly is Pizzicato Five, which was active during the 90s and has since disbanded. It's Shibuya-kei, not regular Jpop, so it has more "niche" appeal.

They do some of the best covers I've ever heard. I love their version of "Suddenly I See".

Oh, and I also am fond of Vanilla Mood. Sadly, I can't any of their material in the U.S., and exports are killing me haha.

I'm mostly more into jrock than jpop. Japanese bands that I love are LM.C, Gackt, Miyavi, SuG, Maximum the Hormone

FLOW is great  I got to see them live this year when I went to go see LM.C, which is My favorite Japanese band. LM.C kind of has a variety of sounds. Sometimes they're rock, sometimes they're pop-ish, and sometimes heavier rock. But I love all of it
    This one's pretty pop-ish I think

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who likes SNSD here! :eusa_clap

I like k-pop more than j-pop though. (Girls' Generation, 2NE1, Super Junior, etc.)
I like Utada a lot also

I'm all about SNSD. And SHINee. I'm in love with them right now.

As for JPop, I love Utada and I'm also into Arashi, if anyone else knows them.

The only decent J-pop artist i have heard recently is Nana Mizuki, discotheque is one of her best songs.
