Rutgers rally aims to shift blame for student's suicide

    It sounds like these girls were engaged in mischief that got out of control. They (most likely) couldn't have known that what they did would cause him to commit suicide. They should be punished for what they did, but people are taking this to an extreme that is not warranted. A malicious mischief and invasion of privacy charge is what the original intention of their crime should warrant.

    the only charges being brought against the two are related to their invasion of privacy, and illegal recording of clementi's private sex life...

    doesnt deminish what they did.

    for justice to be upheld, the two have to be punished for their crimes.
