    I'm thinking about tomorrow. Seeing a few friends to study, and I plan on telling them about my depression & anxiety issues. Which will be hard, but I feel like they need to know what's going on. And then I'm going to see another friend and I plan on coming out to her, which is going to be even more difficult.

    A day full of stepping out of comfort zones. I think it will be good for me. :slight_smile:
