My friend was at my house, we started talking about how gay Doctor Who and Torchwood were, and then they randomly said, "I'm pansexual". A few seconds later, I go "so am I." They turn to me, huge eyes, and go "REALLY?!" and I go, "yeah!" and they high fived me so hard it hurt.
I told my best friend who is a straight girl and she's really supportive about it. We also have a guy best friend and make "Estranged club" (haha). The Trio Fantastico. When it was time to tell him, I was pretty awkward and panicked, but when I made sure that no one is arround, I just burst it out, and he was like: "Me too". It took me a few seconds to get myself together, and all three of us were hugging, but then he said: "Great, now *the girl friend* and I can talk about men.", smiling at me, leaving me kinda pouting.
Me: I have something to tell you, sit. Her: Wait, wait, wait... ARE YOU ABOUT TO TELL ME YOU ARE GAY?!? Me: Ehm... yes *bad poker face* She knows me too well
This story only involves my hairdresser... I'm still closeted at large (in whatever closet I'm in!) I've known her for five years and we recently became friends on a social networking site. She posted a very glowing assessment of Orange is the New Black (OITNB) a couple of months ago which got me curious. So I've been finally watching it, and at my latest appointment I was very excited to tell her all about it. I raved about Alex, and she said, "I know - she would totally get me to play for the other side!" And I sort of mumbled, "I have played for the other side." She exclaimed, "What??? Are you serious? We are totally going to go out for drinks and have a chat!" And then she recounted some generalities about her experiences. I have told quite a few men about my attraction to women, but I rarely tell women because I'm afraid things will be "weird". But this was a very delightful surprise! It gives me hope for the next time... :eusa_danc
My little cousin is 7 and doesn't fully understand the whole trans thing (hence the pronouns). This is something she said to my older cousin: "I know why Bea wants to be called Will now." "Why?" "It's because if you called her, people would think she was an insect."
Friend, texting me about relationship issues: "I told her I was bi and now she's not talking to me" Me: "Whoa you're bi? *thumbs up emoji*" Friend: "Yeeeah I've been thinking about it a while..." Me: "Well. Don't tell anyone...but I'm pansexual, *explains what it means*" Friend: "OMG OMG OMG I WAS GONNA TELL YOU THAT BUT I DIDNT THINK YOU KNEW WHAT IT MEANT SO I JUST SAID I WAS BI" Friend: "If you ever marry a nice girl and your parents kick you out, you both can come sleep in my bed and I'll stand outside with a gun so that nobody will hurt you"
So I came out as bigender to a load of people on our group chat a while back and my friend messaged me afterwards and said: "That took balls...or...not balls" Another response was: "So how come you get an extra gender? Was there a BOGOF offer on or something? I WANT ANOTHER GENDER TOOOOOOOOOOOOOO"
Lol one with my cousins (one of them is older and one of them is younger, they're brothers) (we had been talking about my crush and I was freakin scared to reveal she was a girl) Younger cousin: WHAT'S HIS NAME? Me: It starts with an A... Older cousin: You told us that already. Me: o.0 Older cousin: Wait a minute... your crush is a girl, isn't she. Me: yes... Younger cousin: Wait, what? Older cousin: I knew it. Younger cousin: SO YOU'RE GONNA BE A LESBIAN WHEN YOU GROW UP? Me: *facepalm*
I came out to my best friend whose a male and I was like "I'm bisexual I thought you should know that" and his response was "DOES THAT MEAN WE CAN FUCK GIRLS TOGETHER?!" In all caps, that's exactly what he texted me back. Another friend was joking about this one girl we know whose super religious and how if she found out she'd like throw holy water at me and tell me to "Get back spawn of Satan" etc. It was hilarious
I told a friend, who then later said: "I believe I can fly, I believe I can touch the sky. Oh wait, in your case that'd be: I believe I can fly, I believe I can touch that guy" and I was like "wat"
It was awkwardly funny when I came out to one of my friends and she replied with "oh [long pause] so what now?" I was like "I dunno" then we just went back to what we were talking about before.
Today I was running for cross country practice in a group with three other girls, probably all straight. We were talking about boys. One of the girls said, "Wow. Me and (Awesome) are the only two girls on the team who don't have anything going on with a boy. I guess I shouldn't assume. Do you have anything happening with a boy?" Then they all questioned me about relationships with or crushes on boys. Then she remembered, "Oh, right (Awesome) doesn't like boys." (I hadn't officially come out to the others) "Well, that's embarrassing. Me and (Awesome) are the only two girls on the team who don't have anything going on with boys and (Awesome) doesn't even like boys." Then they asked me about my crushes on girls.
"Why are you telling me this? I don't care. I'm not the one having sex with you." LOL. Ty little brother for being so casual about it.
One of my furry friends told me that I'd wouldn't be straight for long, well he was right. "I told you so."
I texted my best friend at 3 AM and asked him to call me Miles. He texted me back two minutes later "can I call you an idiot instead?" to which I responded "absolutely," to which he responded "go to sleep, Miles, I swear to god." Several hours later, I texted another friend and asked her to call me Miles. She's a huge Sonic the Hedgehog fan and she now calls me Tails, which I am 1000% okay with.
I was on the bus home yesterday with a few people I talk to. Person 1: What is the biggest lie you ever told your parents? Me: That I was straight. Person 1: *starts hysterically laughing* good one! I like you a little bit better now! (I'm still out as gay to everyone, so they understand who I like before I come out as trans, which would make me straight)
