100% Game completion

I've only ever done that on the Milkman Conspiracy level of Psychonauts. :'D

Ya, I'm also a bit of a PS3 trophy nut, there's a lot of satisfaction in hearing that ping and seeing the platinum appear in the corner!

 

I usually don't care much for 100% game completion aslong as i can actually complete the game and finish the story line. But there are a few games that i get really obsessive with and i have to complete 100% of it.

 

Or if you have the facebook notifications knowing that all your friends can see all the awesome achievements that you got lol.

But yeah I do it sometimes for achievements or bonus levels or in the case of KHII on standard mode for the bonus trailer at the end, I tried on proud mode and was unsuccessful. Anyways things like that are what compel me to complete the whole game.

 

It really depends on the game for me. A lot of times I start going for 100% completion, but then halfway through I mess up on something or just get over it and continue on. xD

 

Yeah with Facebook I haven't A: figured out how for it to appear on my facebook lol, and B: it's annoying to see lol. I personally prefer personal happiness of achieving it than having to share it to facebook saying "Look at me, I iz gots another trophy!"

 

Only games I've been that crazy about have been Xenosaga 1, 2, and 3. XD

The last game I played was Fire Emblem for the Wii... on a rental. If you can 100% completion Fire Emblem in a rental, you win the world.

 

It is a great game. Zelda, a link to the past is the best, imo. That was on SNES.

 

I don't think I've ever beaten a game 100%. I've always liked video games, but I've never been to good at them.

 

It depends on the game for me. In zelda, I might do it, but sometimes I get to a point where I'm like: I DON'T CARE ANYMORE. and skip all the sidequests.

With pokemon, i obsessively do everything. The game is not beaten until i have all 27896734626743275 pokemon and have beaten the pokemon league :3

 

I've never felt that way and I'm a huge gamer. I play a game until its no longer fun, and for me beating a game all the way and doing every little side quest just isn't fun. I don't like hunting down shit and collecting it so I simply don't do it.

 

My cousin goes for 100% on every Final Fantasy.
