I'm gladd they've fallen back to Pink Rangers actually existing, and 2 girls per team at the minimum. Seasons like Abaranger were depressing to me. XD

I liked in Shinkenger that the girls outnumbered the boys at one point (As Takeru was relieved from duty, and Genta quit without Takeru there)

 

GoGo Pirate Rangers lol. I wonder if we well see capt Jack Sparrow and Barboser in that one lol

I have just watched the first four episodes and all i can say is so terrable it is good you laught at it, poor acting, poor story, does not even explain how they got there power or why thea are there, this is 'there thier because i say so' syndrom and you don't even not who the head bad guy is. And the theme is a second rate nock off from mmpr and the super sentie theme was better (for once)

 

If you watch the japanese version, Shinkenger, you'll see why it's so horrible to us.

They directly ripped dialogue from Shinkenger, and didn't "Westernize" it.

Also: The first 2 episodes are missing, that much is known. People believe they'll be released later as a "How did it happen" type special episode. XD

 

Yeah I think the entire beginning is crap. I mean it showed arrows arriving in front of the rangers but it's like barely any form of "how it happened". Worst series ever so far. No eye candy really either...

 

I concur. Hector is plenty eyecandy and Jayden as you said, has moments. Najee isn't so much though.

Haha. I never ship actors. The characters however... :3

And Revan, just look up Shinkenger Episode 1 Subtitled on google, you should find it. It's essentially how the Samurai Rangers got together, since they're directly translating the sentai.

Jayden's "Secret" is actually quite interesting, if they decide to keep that part the same as well.

He's not the "True" red ranger. He's a stunt double, per say, to protect the real red ranger. The red ranger's line is the only one who can seal Xandred. The real red ranger is the last of the family line, and was sent into hiding so that future generations can be trained to fight the demons. The real red ranger reveals themselves later on after the fake one is injured too badly to fight, and saves the team. It's revealed SHE studied the symbol to seal the demon, instead of trying to have children. So, if they stick to shinkenger, we'll have a non evil female red ranger, at least for like, 3 episodes until she gets too injured to continue fighting, after severely weakening the master with the symbol, which later allows the main team to destroy him, rather than seal him, after she adopts the fake red ranger, making him the next "true" red ranger.

But again, that's a LONG way away (As in, 2012) so there's a high chance they'll sway from directly adapting Shinkenger by then.

 

They need to revive MMPR. You can't beat the original. Also, new power rangers movie - going back to MMPR or Zeo days though - not the new stuff? I'd go see it - if it was epic enough.

 

I'm glad they did a remix, honestly.

Mainly because any theme song for Samurai wouldn't have been as good as:
