oh i see what u mean, with te stick in her tail it looks like a broom. maybe it'll be fairy type in its final evolved form.

 

I really like Fennekin's evolution. Froakie's isn't bad either. Chespin's looks kinda off but I think the way it looks is promising for its final form. It'll probably be a big, bulky, spiky... something.

As for now I will probably go for Fennekin.

Just 31 days to go guys! I'm pretty excited.

i did not like fennekin at all however his new form has me interested. chespin will need a good 3rd form for me to consider him. froakies still number 1 for me.

 

Litleo evolution leaked!

Named 'Pyroar' apparently.

 

Was just about to post that.

Honestly, looks better than Litleo, but probably will stick with Talonflame, if I use a fire type, which I rarely do.

It looks a lil' generic though.. maybe it's just the fact it is in 3D - I think it would've looked really cool in sprite form.

 

People seem to think it's a Manticore, despite it clearly being a Lion. Lol.

Anyway, it's apparently been confirmed that all languages will be available in every version of the game.

Wonder how Region Lock will work there.

 

Pyroar's face kinda reminds me more of a dog than a lion, maybe the jowls, I think they're called that, are too long. Plus it looks like he's wagging his tail. I wonder if female Pyroars will have a mane?

More importantly, if that poster with all the pokemon on it means what I think it means then Lapras and Gardevoir may be getting Mega Evolutions (!)(!)(!)(!)(!)(!)(!)(!)(!)(!)(!)(!)(!)(!)

My two favorite pokemon could be getting upgrades! Plus Gardevoir's added fairy-typing is looking sweeter and sweeter everyday!

Really diggin' this one! God I can't wait for this game.

 

I'm a little bummed out with the mega evolutions.. It reminds me of Digimon, not to say that Digimon was bad or anything... I just think it takes away from what Pokemon is essentially.

 

i disagree though i see where your coming from. alot of people are bummed that pokemon like lucario or mewtwo are getting mega evolution's before they've reached a third or in mewtwo's case second form, thinking that this means they will never get a third form. However future games might decide to give you a choice between evolving your pokemon to a newly added regular form which will have one type of benefit, or keeping it in its current form so it can mega evolve in battle and gain a different set of benefits.
As for the whole digimon thing, didn't we all think at one point that digimon was a rip off of pokemon? im not dissing it at all, as an anime series i kinda prefer digimon because the stakes were higher than not getting a badge. that being said the pokemon games have always been better than digimon as you raise a team and not one digimon at a time.
pokemon has always been about catching pokemon, battling them and evolving them. This new kind of evolution is just a way to add something new to the series and give players more reason to level up their favorite pokemon from past series and hunt down these mega stones that will probably be hidden throughout the game so they can give their favorites original new forms.
Ive still got my fingers crossed for a mega gengar. i know their was a picture but i think its fake.

by the way does anyone know when the japanese show pokemon smash airs?

 

Pokemon Smash is sundays I believe. As for the whole Digimon thing, Digimon was always a better show IMO. Pokemon was always a better game. Mega evolution is somewhat similar to Digivolution. Digivolution and Pokemon evolution as a whole are both inspired by the Japanese power up trope. Bankai, Nine-tailed Fox mode, Super Saiyan, Gear Second etc. they're all the same thing. it's like saying Gurren lagann is ripping off Gundam because they both have mechs.

As for Pyroar, its really awesome! I really want a Litleo now.

I honestly think that Pyroar is kinda stupid looking. To me, his eyes are a little derpy, and his mane looks kinda clownish : /

 

Both Litleo and Pyroar definitely have a very vacant look in their eyes.

 

I don't like the fire lions either. But the fairies are so adorable!!! And the little squid -- my heart is bursting with cuteness!

Malamar brings up bad childhood trauma, as it reminds me of Ursula from the Little Mermaid. That part where she grows enormous, with those crazy eyes... *chills*
