What Are You Thinking?

Went to the therapist today...weirdness ensued. i dont feel much better about talking about it. maybe its just talking about it with specific people? or maybe its just the specific people that make me feel better no matter what were talking about....yeah i think thats it.

 

My dog who I'm very attached to seems to be having some medical issues... is staying at the vet tonight

 

i haven't been on here in forever!!!

 

So I don't mean this in a bad way, but I have never felt so gay in my life before today...

I was driving home from work, and there was this really, REALLY cute guy walking on the side of the road. Just as my car reached him, HE TOOK HIS SHIRT OFF! And I just KNOW he had a nice body, but I had already driven past him, and my rearview mirror couldn't get a good glimpse of him. I seriously shouted "OH COME ON!!" and smacked my hands on the steering wheel.

I guess it could've been worse... I could've turned the car around. :lol:

To give some background, I grew up in Melbourne. My parents live there and I go back there on holidays and some weekends (and my uni has that address on record as my postal address), but I live day-to-day on campus in Geelong, which is an hour or so away.

I'm studying teaching, and I have my first student teaching placement next month. I was totally expecting to be placed in Geelong, I had my uni address on the form I handed in, but it turns out I've been placed in Melbourne, in a school really close to my parents' place. I was taken aback at first, but now I'm liking the idea - quick bus ride to work every day, then home at the end of the day, and I get to collapse in my bedroom, cuddle my cat, talk to my dad, and get home-cooked food. So I'm pretty glad it's worked out that way.

It's almost 2:00 a.m. I'm not tired. I'll wake up in three hours and be tired. Why can't I be tired when I need to be and wide-eyed and bushy tailed (like I am right now) in the mornings when I need to be awake? Fml.

I have had to pull way too many frickin' all nighters this semester. I am so ready for may. =(

 

A determined three-year-old can be a very scary thing.

 

I'm still pissed at what a few of my friends said the other day...

K: "You know, such and a such a guy likes you, you could stop being a lesbian and get with him. You're not incredibly ugly or anything."
R: "Yeah, I mean... the whole 'I'm gay' thing is getting kinda old. Just because you're not extremely attractive doesn't mean you can't find a boyfriend, you know?"

Yuppp... thanks guys. Make my day with don't you? Oh well, I've got my good friends and I've got my lousy ones, I guess... perhaps more lousy acquaintances than anything. They're like the straight police.
