    I always pick a semi-obscure cartoon character for my sign-in names on messageboards. For one that's mainly about sexuality, I figured it made sense to pick a gay cartoon character. There aren't too many, but the writers of Gargoyles have confirmed that Lexington was, in fact, gay. So Lex it is.

    :lol: Never heard of him.

    Gargoyles was one of my favorite cartoons as a kid. I wonder if they're out on DVD...and I never realized Lex was gay; I even looked after I saw you using the name here!

    It means 'star' in French. I love the French language and I love stars, so why not? It sounds really elegant when you say it too.

    That would be because it's my name. xD (Well, technically it's not my full first name, but Madeleine has too many syllables.)

    I LIKE BUNNIES.

    When I think of rabbits and butterflies and fields full of flowers, it helps me break through the depression a bit. They might not be the smartest animals, but they're just so innocent and peaceful. ;.;

    When I started needing user-names for all kinds of things, paint was the one I liked and tried to use the most, and still do. I only have a few others that differ, though I've decided to try real nicknames for like MySpace.

    Anyway, my dad works as a painter of buildings, and he does Sheetrock and whitewashing and whatever. And I love drawing and painting, plus there's face paint, war paint. haha It just seems like a word with broad connotations that can represent many aspects of my life....like painting with all the colors of the wind :wink:

    Well my story is lame. I couldn't think of a username and I don't really like my real name(Robert). So I looked around and thought bout math; I just finished doing homework. Well the way I thought of it was that "X" and "Y" are often variables in math. And the "2"'s mean X/Y squared. But I can't put the two above the X, so it's not really correct. Lol but basically, if u read it out the way I imagined, u would say "x squared, x squared, x squared, x squared, y squared." lol yeah very lame.

    ! I've never heard that name before. That's really unique and cool-sounding. =D

  13. Haha, I thought the same thing when I first started talking to Mirko. He gave me this laundry list of stuff about him, and I was like, "uh, what's your name?" So when he said Mirko, I felt like an idiot. It's an awesome name.

    FlawlessError is something I came up with after meeting my best friend in high school. It was in tenth grade, and we were in the same Biology class sitting next to each other. We were supposed to bring a pen on a certain day for an assignment, but I forgot because I'm an idiot and prone to mistakes. So I asked the girl sitting next to me if I could borrow hers. Five years later, she's no longer just the girl sitting next to me...she's the friend I would give my life for in a second.

    And to think if I hadn't screwed up and remembered to bring in a pen that day...

    This just made me happy. :slight_smile: I love how little mistakes or funny occurances in life can make our lives so much better in the long run. Like, how if I hadn't locked my backback strap to my locker I might not have met my best guy friend in grade 8. :lol: ...because he ended up helping me unlock it.

    I don't really know why I chose this name. It was the first thing that came to mind when I signed up. Its not really a reference to anything (except for maybe the solitary part).

    I'm a Grey's Anatomy fan, it's a nice name, and no one I know IRL can identify me by it.
