I was going to write out something pretty similar  This is the best advice and fact...never ever crash diet or reduce your calorie intake lower than 1200 a day. You WILL go into starvation mode and you WILL lose muscle...

 @ people who say otherwise..

I agree. I have worked my ass off *well, figure out speech, leg workouts mean my ass has gotten bigger but tightered do to doing squats*, and a crash diet to lose a little fat is not worth losing all my hard work.

Yes, that may be true because healthy people are very rare today considering junk food, processed food, enervating lifestyles. That's why diseases are so ubiquitous.

I was profoundly weak within the first 3 days of the fast and I had to rest all day in my bed. The following days were more comfortable. I could walk up to 2 km, twice a day. In fact, I would have prolonged the fast if it hadn't been boring and I would not have looked so horrible, like an animated skeleton :icon_bigg

I got rashes all of my body 3 days after the fast. But they went away in the end. The book I consulted for the fasting says fasting heals. So I consider it a cure for me.
