There is no "too late" in terms of coming out. It's all relative, ya know? I was 14 when I fell head over heels for a girl, and I just accepted it right away and moved on.

well i have never thought of a woman in 'that' way, always guys lol, but would always tell myself it was some sort of stage or summin, anyhow my one best friend was very heterosexual, wud always talk bout girls, it became very easy to lie, i couldn't even think about being gay, i thought my friends wud never except me, an we had this one gay guy in our year, when he came out everyone gave him a hard time, he got teased a lot and stuff, it really didn't look like fun.
Then my very hetero friend moved to wales, this pushed me into making more friends, and relying more on other friends, this really helped me, i got more confidence, and started to question myself, i finally had the guts to tell myself i was gay. I was able to crush on a guy, and not feel bad!I finally had the guts to type gay porn into google, and found i really liked it lol, so yeh that was probably like 2 years ago or summin

I had my first holy crap moment on December 12, 2007, which was about six weeks before my fourteenth birthday. I figured out that I really don't like men at all on January 27, 2008. Those dates mean something, but they were both a long way from a state of real, confident, genuine acceptance of this roller coaster ride I suddenly found myself on.
