But I think it depends on person. I like someone who is intelligent and if he happens to be 15 I still think he is an attractive guy but doesn't mean I'll date him.

So as long as you are not acting like 10 yo I don't have any problem with younger guys. And the fact is I'm still 19 so I'm more likely to met someone older than me anyways lol

Anyway,I came out young (16) so I was always the younger one.
If I were single now,I'd probably date someone maybe 35,but no younger.

 

no one older than 15 (im 13, soon to be 14) and no one younger than... I'd say 12. Normally I don't like girls who are younger than me but one of my crushes right now is a grade younger than me. The other is a year older. And both of their names are Amanda. how strange.

 

I wll try to follow the rule of thum of minimum age. in wich the minimum age for someone to date is 1/2 your age + 7 so for me:

I'm 18 - 18/2= 9
9+7= 16 So for me at the moment the minimum age is 16

If I were 26 it would be 20 (26/2 + 7 = 20)

If you think of it is cool rule.

If you want to know a limit for maximum age, just subrtract 7 from your age and double that.

Me again 18-7 = 11 | 11*2 = 22 So the max for me is 22

 

Maybe, but probs not more than a few years younger than me. Idk actually, depends if I meet someone younger than me I like somewhere down the track. but now that'd be a bit weird

 

I can't really say that age matters very much to me. I'm much more interested in a guy's personality than when he was born. Within reasonable limits, of course; I draw the line at pedophilia. In my opinion, when most people say they'll only date older people, they're using age as an indicator for certain psychological of sociological traits which they find attractive, whether maturity or financial stability. I prefer to not artificially limit my prospective dating pool any further with such erroneous criteria.

 

A certain age gap means different things at different ages. Take a three-year gap. People aged 14 and 11 are at hugely different stages in life, both physically and emotionally. At 18 and 15, still pretty different, but the difference is less profound. 21 and 18, not terribly different. 30 and 27, barely significant. Those who'll only date people older than them when they're in their teens probably won't keep that mentality all their lives.

 

umm i think i would yeah,but only down to 16probs,which is nearly 2 years younger than me (and the legal age in the uk i think ), but i dont think id wanna go out with a 15year old

 

I'm 20, i'd date someone as young as 17-legal in europe, not the states.

 

Well I'm 18 so obviousley I can't but I know a few guys who are younger than me and all I can say is, I can't wait till their 18 b-day! But I don't think that age matters after all it's just a number

 

I'm 16, so at the moment I wouldn't date anyone younger than me (although my current crush is 6 days younger then me, lol). I usually prefer girls between 17-19, which is fine because i’ve been told i’m mature for my age. My ex girlfriend is almost 18 (when we first started going out, I was 15 ¾, and she was 17). For some reason I feel more comfortable being the younger person in a relationship rather than having a younger girlfriend… I dunno, it’s confusing.

 

at 18 i think i'd have to follow the two years up and down rule, i think any lower than 16 for me would be a bit wierd and over 20 is a bit too old maybes 21 lol

Probably not, but maybe if the age difference is one year. I'd rather date someone my age or a year older.

they'd have to be in high school and look mature but yea I'd go for somone just maybe a year younger nothing more than that
