people who rip on things/people they know I like to my face, I get bitchy when they do

 

People who cant take no for an answer

 

OMG I hate that so much, I guy I know has asked me out 3 times >_< that pisses me off to no end

 

people who get weight and mass confused.

it is esoteric and pissy but damn it, get it right!

 

people who say "i love you" after youve been dating for a week -_-
i hate it, and i usually break up with them if they do...
cause come on, you cant love someone after a WEEK!

 

sorry.... haha..... but people who get catty over people using the word "love"

Also, when people burp non stop without saying 'exuse me'

 

*people who cannot see both sides of something and have to start pointing fingers and throwing tantrums because they think they are just so damned special

*people who work hard at being as stupid and lazy as possible

*corrupt police and politicians

*people who park in the fire lane right in front of the store front doors, cause they think they are so goddamned special.

When my parents try to understand me when they never bothered to get to know me.

 

Married men or my husband's friends who hit on me for sex! Even worse when I know their wives and have to hear all their relationship problems to justify how I MUST be the answer he has been looking for if I just could help him out by doing..... Also guys with more hands and arms than a octopus making escape that much harder though I have given no indication I'm available or even the smallest bit interested! Moreover when I get accused of doing it by my husband or his wife/ girlfriend, causing strife/ drama which I actually hate in my life though I am innocent. June

 

When you're in the car jamming and someone turns down your music and you proceed to turn it back up, but they continue to keep lowering the volume.

 

When couples in front of me walk really slowly! It's so annoying!

 

When you are trying to have a conversation with a friend or a group of friends but they seem to be glued to their iPhones.

When someone takes photos of their food like its a masterpiece.

People who have no consideration for the feelings of others.

 

When somebody is CONSTANTLY bitching, whining, and complaining about EVERYTHING, and how it's all OTHER people's faults......and yet they have NO BALLS to do anything about anything! They have NO right to open their mouths if they refuse to have the guts to do anything about the crap they constantly bitch, whine, and cry about!!!

 

People who cheat at games.

 

This may be my #1 all-time pet peeve.

It's hard to have decent conversations much of the time as more and more people seem glued to or distracted by these things. I miss having a nice dinner with friends, where I knew we'd just hang out, eat, drink, talk and tell stories, and be there just to be with each other, in the moment, and not distracted by 10,000 other things.

In many ways, I think we are seeing an age in which the death of intimacy is nearing...people say these devices make us more connected, but I'm not convinced. Perhaps in shallower ways.

 

Technology has connected the world.......but in all the wrong ways.

Technology has also led to social downfall, and the disappearance of common sense, ethics, manners, etiquette, and using your brain for more than just making the words "geez, I'd tap that".
