I know of the existence of 4 of these beauties XD lol. 2 poor people, and 2 tight asses. Apparently these things are going to stop working in the next couple of years though What to do??? lol. I also have: ((Scuse for the huge pic)) But it doesn't work in Australia... It's a Japanese phone therefore doesn't have sms (only email) and it doesn't use a sim card. It's an old model itself, I got it for free because Vodafone was trying to get rid of them XD lol. Only my phone is more pimped out than in the pic cos mine has all the phone danglies and a Jack Skellington mail block XD I love this phone XD
Virgin Mobile LG 3300, simply because I use the phone to talk not music or pictures. http://www.wirelesswave.ca/virginmobile_phones_details.asp?PhoneID=432
I had a Nokia 3310 for ages, and my mum now has it. It's a good basic reliable phone that will probably outlast a lot of the current flimsy over-complicated ones.
My phone's almost as good as MissyJ's. I have a Nokia 6016. It takes phone calls, it sends text messages, it has a calculator, it doesn't have a camera or play MP3s, but it was cheap, and I bought it because Nokia has a reputation for making reliable phones with good reception. As an upside, unlike a lot of people's phone, the screen actually works better in direct sunlight. I used to use my mom's analog Startac. That thing could get a signal ANYWHERE. It could only make / receive phone calls, no texts, no calculator, no clock, only a 7 segment digits. Whenever I used it people thought it should be in a museum. Unfortunately it died last year.
Yes, the screen on my Sony is useless outside. I have to take it inside and let my eyes get used to the reduced light before I can read it.....
I have a Moto W220 http://handcellphone.com/wp-content/themes/green-marinee/phonepic/Motorola-w-220-3.jpg
I have an old Moto V400 that is desperately trying to die... Its 640x480 first-gen camera and buggy interface are so great, but sometimes, one just has to move on... Next paycheck, that will either be becoming an Envy or an iPhone (depending upon how much loot I have at the time).
Crackberry. Anyone know a corner of the planet where these don't work? I'm thinking I should plan a holiday in Outer Mongolia.
I use my father's old phone, a Nokia 5103. Not exactly flashy or interesting, but it gets things done.
IPHONE! my friends and I waited in line at the apple store at midnight to get them lol i used to have an LG EnV which was also an awesome phone it was incredible for texting, had a good camera, had navigation, and I could store around 500 songs on it as well (it had good speakers on it). i gave it to my little bro though. the only thing that sucked was that i had to change my plan from verizon to at&t
I have 3 phones at the moment. 1) Personal - T-Mobile - Nokia 6068 Nothing special... 2) Old Personal - Cingular/ATT - Motorola v365 Just waiting for the contact to be over in 2 months, so I can get rid of it. Cingular sux. 3) Side Job / Simi Personal - Motorola Q (sImiler to a crackberry, sorry blackberry.) Last month I sent/received over 5,000 text messages, and thousands more emails, I'm addicted. I have been lucky, I have tons of friends that work at cell companies, so I get great deals. The T-Mobile phone was free, and Unlimited minutes for $34.99. and the work phone is paid for by work.
