One of the books on my to-be-read list. Curious to know your thoughts about it, after you have read it.

Re-reading the Psy Changeling series by Nalini Singh. I discovered the first one over ten years ago and was at an age where a descriptive sex scene could still shock me. I’m not a huge fan of the straight sex scenes in each book, but the general story of a race of psychic people who condition emotion out of their race to cut down on serial killers and the Changelings who cover a few animal species all thrown in a world making humans the weakest thing to be is actually a great story. It spans 15 books and now its about 6 books in the spin off series but it’s still great.

Right now I've been reading a couple of fanfictions off an on. One is called, There's Blood In Your Lies which is centered around Cynthia getting isekaied into Hisui. I've also been reading another story that's a bit darker...but good. And the third is called "Displaced" where Akari gets thrown into Paldea. It's pretty good so far.

I'm reading a book called Cannibalism: A Perfectly Natural History. Morbid subject matter, but it's really interesting!

That's a very good series, unfortunately Patrick decided not to finish it, or at least he hasn't yet and it's been many years and clearly left unfinished. Sad, he had a hit series going there for all of two books and a novelette.

Close to finishing book two of "The Malazan Book of the Fallen." "Deadhouse Gates." by Steven Erickson.

Maybe,Probably by Amanda Radley. Honestly I don’t love it but there’s only so much you can do with a story mostly taking place in one apartment during Covid. Mainly, straight woman doctor drops off and picks up baby daughter from lesbian babysitter falls in love.

Some time ago, I read Zusak's I am the Messenger which was a good read. The Book Thief is still on my to read list. I hope it's a good read.
