Hi there, have you had a chance to look into the kinds of jobs that interest you? When you think about your skills and experiences thus far, which skills do you like using on a regular basis and which ones do you find motivating? Could you elaborate on your experiences? Gaining insights into your transferable skills, including the skills that allow you to work with others, could help you in figuring out what kind of office environment job could potentially interest you and how you could work towards it. Depending on your experiences, skills and knowledge you have gained so far, and your goals, you might need to look at skills upgrading courses that will allow you to work towards your goals.
Data Center Facility Manager, meaning I manage the physical/mechanical upkeep of a data center. HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural, etc.
I've been catching up on some threads, had been meaning to chip in to the discussion.. I work in video production. Office environment, but can be very tough to get into, and oftentimes not amazing money or hours. If you work as a janitor, you may be able to transition to facilities type work in an office environment. Or you could get into security for an office. I'm friends with a couple guards at work and it seems like a really good job, and it is a nice office.
I work on cars and have recently passed my MOT qualification, most of the time we're not fixing cars, we're swearing at them
I'm currently jobless and still looking, but my profession is Spa therapist and going to study tourism and hotel management in university, because my dream is to be a leader of my own business in tourism field and I'm following what is required to make that dream into reality. I'm saying what @Mirko said, that if you want to change your job, then it's a good idea to look into some courses. Look into the position that would interest you and see what skills do they require and develope those skills, by taking nessesary courses.
Electrician in a big, train-making company. My duty is to produce electrical components and then install them in train carriages.
I'm a telesales phone operator for a cleaning company. I'm currently in training to work with animals, and I hope it works out.
I'm 14 years old, but I currently am a writer; of short stories. I get paid around 100-150 USD for every short story I write, sometimes even more! I love my part time xD!
Currently a truck driver, not the kind most people think of either. I don't do the over the road pulling a box or a refrigerated box. Have always been construction or trash, so short trips, home every night and most importantly paid by the hour not the mile. Its not glamours, but I can pretty much go anywhere and have a job.
I’m a digital content strategist. I just quit my salaried job at a marketing company so I could get away from the office and work remotely. Now I do freelance work with a couple small agencies, and I also have a few clients I’ve picked up on my own.
