Personally, I prefer fruit and herbal teas compared to regular tea. I only dip biscuits in hot chocolate or warm milk. Still, just because it's not my cup of tea doesn't mean it's not yours.

As for my unpopular opinion, I think that people who work in retail and the service industry should get more respect. I dislike it when people look down on others for being a waiter or a shop assistant.

I think you'd get a lot of people agreeing with you. Anyone who would treat someone in a restaurant or a shop like they're below them is the biggest of jerks.

My unpopular opinion is that you go look for a place to rent or move into and everything - walls, floor - is gray and the kitchens are real dark. This isn't good for people who battle depression. If someone doesn't have it, they might be more prone to getting depressed from living in darkness like this.

The “college experience” is overrated and overpriced.

I have been homeless multiple times in my life. When I finally manage to get back into a place and I want a calendar halfway though the year one for the current year is usually not available and it would be a waste of all of the early pages. This year my husband grabbed the calendar off the wall and now I did not have one for months. Both of these situations are applications for grabbing one. You could also want one for your office and if you get a new job part or most of the way through the year is another application.

Aren't 16 month calenders for students? The only ones I've seen are the ones that go from September to September to December (for example September 2020-Decembre 2021) to follow along with the semesters of school. It's weird, but it works fwiw.

I can't imagine who would have a use for a calender that goes from January to January to April though. That just seems......... Stupid lol

Especially this year, where I'm taking out a loan to attend zoom calls and live in student halls where everything keeps breaking. Oh, and the possibility of being locked down away from home. I'm really hoping it doesn't come to that.

Kristen Stewart is a good actress. She just portrays a lot of dull characters.

Oh I know. I’m glad I’m able to do my current certification at a community college. It would be a disaster if I was at university right now.

My unpopular opinion is that liking Harry Potter is still OK. I don't agree with J K Rowling's views, but it's still a series that stands up by itself. There's a significant amount of art and inventions made by less than stellar individuals but I don't think we should discard it completely. Liking someone's creation does not equal liking that person. Now, it's not a flawless book series, the characterisation was in my opinion dull but I liked the worldbuilding aspect.

I realise that this is a rather divisive issue with some fans pretending that she didn't write the books. There's also the crowd that's calling for others to #readanotherbook. However, Harry Potter has made a significant impact on pop culture. I think that we should acknowledge that she wrote it and that the fiction writing process is not something that can be done with an objective approach. When you write a story, your personality and views are bound to have at least a little influence over what and how you write. Even if you don't know it. I think that we should keep this in mind when consuming media but we can still take inspiration from the positive aspects of a story.

Frankly, I find it bizarre this expectation that a certain crowd has that I can just drop my interest in a story just like that. As if it's nothing. Perhaps it's nothing to you, but works of fiction mean a lot to me. They can have a lasting impact and sometimes teach me positive lessons. I'm a fan of other stories too, so it's not a matter of simply exposing myself to other content. Becoming obsessed with another series does not erase the fact that I like a different story. I'm not going to pretend that I suddenly hate it because I no longer like the creator. That does not make me a bad person and I refuse to be guilted into feeling that way.

I totally agree Canterpiece! It is indeed an unpopular opinion, but still a good and valid one. Harry Potter will always be one of my favorite book series and I wont stop reading them or diving into that universe just because I disagree with the views of the author. Like you, I can separate the creator from the creation. I'm glad I'm not the only one with thses views

Yes. Twilight is massively overrated. Books too though, not just the films.

I think cemeteries should be relocated outside of city's. There is perfectly good land in cities that sits empty other than a headstone for someone who died 100 years ago. There is a housing shortage in my city and and I'm just frustrated that we have a major homelessness issue and we are holding space for the dead instead of the living.

I think a larger percentage of people have more fluid sexualities than we give credit to.

On some other LGBT forum the only person who responded to my question about my gender identity really only attacked me for being Muslim
