    This is a positive thing in a country that has very little to be positive about. I watched a documentary on Haiti a few months ago and it was truly heartbreaking to see the poverty. Rather than expressing faux outrage about same sex unions, religious and political leaders should focus on the outrage that exists in the squalid living conditions of so many people in Haiti.

    @PatrickUK, distraction is a tactic our (the USA) illustrious leader not, Trump, employs to get people to look the another way. Hitler did the same damn thing, demonizing Jewish people.

    Back to the Haiti. More and more I see it's all about hate and contempt with some Christian groups. Hate is a way to keep people in line - focused.
