I'm just curious how you guys would eat if you had my general schedule lol. mind you, this is also assuming you're at home all day

Heh so this has kinda been my schedule the last couple weeks since being home. I generally eat a light breakfast, usually some fruit/yogurt. Maybe some oatmeal, depending on how I’m feeling. Usually for lunch I tend to eat lightly so maybe a salad or sandwich around 3 or so. Then I’ll eat whatever we’re having for supper, usually around 7/8, depending on when my fiancé gets home. Throughout the day if I want a little snack I usually go for fruit, yogurt, cashews maybe. Something like that. Carrot sticks are amazing.

Pretty similar schedule. I might get up at two or three and have a sandwich. It’s always the same sandwich ham and coleslaw. Sometimes I wait until dinner at six and have that same sandwich around ten.

Your schedule is pretty much the same as mine these days. Admittedly I've gone way overboard with cooking because quarantine is boring and I've spent far too much time cooking fancy things to entertain myself. My fiance is having the time of his life enjoying the fruits of my chef playtime though. What I made today:

Breakfast: smoked salmon omelette with sour cream, chives, onion, red pepper and dill. Paired with crisped potato chunks.

Lunch: Garlic infused shrimp couscous, with tomato and basil.

Dinner: Lamb chops sauteed in a rosemary mushroom sauce, with baked plantain chips and pea pods.

I don't think I could get up that late in the morning, I'd feel like part of my day was wasted.

If I did get up that late though I'd be debating wheter or not to have sort of a brunch meal then wait again until dinner or eat a small breakfast then just push back lunch and dinner.

If I were to have that schedule, I'd still have my regular breakfast which either is cereals or toast with jam or a chocolate almond spread. I'd have probably a very late lunch and just something light for dinner if anything.

I generally end up having a late breakfast/brunch around 12 pm - 1 pm as the first meal of the day, regardless of whether I'm up at 6 am or 10 am, since most of the morning is taken up by my chores and cooking. So whatever I cook is eaten throughout the afternoon and evening in 2 - 3 smaller meals spaced 2 hours apart. Most of the time it's a one-pot dish I've cooked, other times it's a simple lentil based vegetable curry over rice or with a flatbread. I have tea with soy/almond milk or plain green tea in the evening around 6 pm and then mom or I cook dinner for the family and have it between 8-9 pm. If I'm up late, I have a cup of green tea before I go to bed. That's my food schedule.

I usually find myself having a cup of coffee with toast or a muffin when I wake up, followed by some Mac n Cheese around 1ish.
Around 3pm I would make some tea and have some fruit or something.
In the evening I would make chicken breasts or beef cooked in a red wine or Korean BBQ sauce, with a side of steamed veggies.

    Hrmm.
Breakfast - nothing. Breakfast is for the weak.
Lunch - probably a sandwich or something. Maybe soup.
Snack - munchity munch on some cereal
Dinner - varies, but probably involves a meat, vegetable, and grain (ex. pork chops, mashed potateos, and garlic bread or smth).
Dessert - ice cream or whatever my family's baked recently.

    Hi there Faultyink!

Here is my eating schedule for you-

Breakfast: A handful of jellybeans. They are good for the thighs!

Lunch: An omlette with potatoes, raisins and whipped cream. Perfect for brain function.

Mid-day snack: At this time I find having a full mukbang is the best thing I can do for my body. I simply go to the nearest grocery store and raid the entire deli department and eat everything raw! Then I drink 10 large caramel iced coffees and hope my large intestine is functioning to its fullest capacity.

Dinner: At this time, I am ravenous once again. I eat a banana so I have room for dessert.

Dessert: At this point, I am really missing my mukbang! I simply go to another grocery store, and eat their entire deli department (raw) as well! Great for the gut.

Midnight snack: I get really hungry at this point. I love me some scones!

I hope this provides you some ideas! Happy eatings!
