Hi all, I just wanted to post about how I just came out to my brother after a long while of trying to find the right moment. He was super accepting of everything, as I had believed and hoped he would be. I'm really happy it went well! If you'd like, post about a coming out story you have about your family, and if you don't have one yet I believe in you! You are perfect just the way you are, and even though it's nice to have someone love you for you, if they don't, well no one else should determine how you live your life (so long as you're not doing anything illegal). I love y'all and I love my brother too for being such a kind, open-minded person.
Great news! I'm happy for you! It's relieving when our coming out is received with acceptance, isn't it?
The only family member I'm out to is my cat, heh heh... My family would literally kick me out/disown me if I came out :/
Awesome! Good job. What is stopping you? If not your best friend, is there someone else you might consider telling?
That certainly is very good news @Senran I'm really happy for you. It's really encouraging when close ones are supportive.
I feel your pain. My brother said that if anybody in our family CHOSE to be gay/trans they should get kicked out. There is trans female at his workplace and him and the other men there say rude things about her.
