    Doesn't Chicago not let people put ketchup on their hot dogs? I drench my hot dogs in ketchup. So do they not allow tomato sauce on their pizza?

    Comparing Chicago and New York pizza is almost like apples and oranges. Chicago style pizza is rich and a slice or two is a meal in itself. NY pizza is also delicious but just a different animal. I love them both.

    Now for y'all that aren't in California, the trend that is becoming popular here is Indian pizza. Pizza crust with tomato and cheese, but also delicious curry. There's butter chicken pizza, tikka masala pizza, palak paneer pizza. All are amazing. IN fact, talking about it makes me want one.

    So my point is... we have a wonderful authentic Chicago pizza eatery here, some fairly close facsimiles of NY style pizza... and Indian pizza. All are amazing.
