    So that indicates you're not happy, you need to to do something about it. Speak to Relate for advice, can't be stuck in a marriage just for the sake of the kids, they will pick up on there's something wrong. You say he's been acting different, do you think he may suspect ? Do you mention this other lady a lot around him.

    Yeah still here im ok .still wit my husband. He found a message i had sent sun1 saying i had feelings for a lady he didn't take it well. I just said feelings as friends and sum1 i look up to . We don't talk bout it any more

    There is no pressure to do anything your are not ready for. This is your journey and ultimately you need to do what is best for you and your happiness. I am also married ... with him for 13 years and have children. It has reawakened with these feelings over a year ago and I am just now getting to a place where I want to tell him because the inner struggle is too much... I haven’t yet but I am in a place of progress compared to where I was a year ago... some move slow and some move fast... I only suggest that you work on yourself with self care and being here can be helpful in figuring out what to do next. I agree with getting a therapist... talking about these things to another can be very helpful. Good luck.
