I’m out to my parents now. I’ll talk more about it when I’m ready.

I remember having a patient like that before and he was so anxious and crying and telling me to make it stop. What do you actually feel? It's different from textbook to actually hear the info first hand. What helps you with that?

I happen to get this sometimes too. The best way I could describe the feeling is, when you lay on your hand too long and it falls asleep, then you get that extremely uncomfortable tingling feeling while it wakes back up and you slowly get the feeling back... yeah, that across your entire leg for over an hour without stopping. I get a sudden burst of energy from it too which is usually really annoying because it mostly happens when I'm trying to fall asleep, and it will delay me falling asleep by 3+ hours every single time.

Yesss, this exactly! Mine isn’t severe enough to cause pain, but some people who experience RLS have pain from it, and they need medication at times to manage it. Mine usually occurs when I’m trying to relax as well, usually at night. I don’t experience it daily (although I’ve had episodes more frequently lately). I have it in my arms and legs, but mostly my legs. For me, it’s this intense tingling sensation deep in my limbs, like there are tiny prickly needles inside my muscles. Sometimes it feels like a crawling sensation. Then that’s followed my an extreme urge to move, thrash, or shake my legs or arms to alleviate the sensation. The annoying thing is this alleviation only comes when I’m moving, so I usually have to get up and walk around, go clean something around the house, or do something physical to keep myself moving. Eventually the sensation goes away. Sometimes it keeps me awake, which is the most annoying part of it. Sometimes I try really hard to keep my legs or arms still and force myself to just let the feeling pass when the tingles start, but this just makes the feeling worse, and I end up having to kick or thrash my legs and arms a few times to get rid of the tingling lol. Sometimes my legs start twitching until I finally move them lol. Movement seems to be the only thing that helps get rid of it for me though. Massages work for some people as well.

Yup. Even completely ignoring platforms, it blows my mind how several parties can think "yeah, this person here is the best representative for us".

Can’t beleve I stayed up all night watching a show. I’ve never done that before lol, not even when I was in college...my sleep is so sacred to me, but now I’m paying the price. Going to need a whole lot of coffee today to keep myself awake haha. I guess I’m really taking advantage of my time off from work xD
And if I’m not going to sleep, I may as well watch something (or maybe read something next time) haha.

It's amusing how you at least make it positive as you are able to actually do something productive when you have episodes of it. I have some limb problem too sometimes. My calves get spasmic or very bad cramps everynow and then, it's also called Charley Horse. Sometimes I feel it when I overwork it but sometimes it happens all of a sudden when I'm asleep and it would suddenly wake me up and I try not to scream from the pain. It stops after few minutes but it feels like forever waiting for the muscle to relax. After it settles down, I have that soreness on that leg that makes me hard to walk for awhile. They said I probably have low electrolytes but the first time it happened to me, I went to ED and my numbers were all good. Oh well..

Like I told my mother, there's just some people you can't help.

We need a little head-banging-against-the-wall icon here, but the tired face will have to do.

Is it odd I find pants/trousers terribly uncomfortable?

Uh oh...just got a tornado warning on my phone...
I'm not too concerned about it since it looks like my area will just get a thunderstorm, but the tornado warning isn't too far away... :cloud_tornado:

...and now my USB ports won't work. That mean's I can't use my mouse... thankfully I still have my trackpad.

    I think I need a new computer...
