It's a center that provides therapy, case management and group support. I'm going there for support and possibly get some templates just to take home. I'm quite nervous about going but I will try to stay calm and put on my straight (not literally. I mean I'm not straight..jk I'm not funny) face. Anyway it's going to be exciting! Wish me luck guys!

I've thought about going to such a group or similar groups. I haven't yet, though. It's always scared me. Regarding the social side of things, in such groups, my anxiety and fear has been who I'd meet there, why they go there, and amongst the very genuine people will there be some that go there just as a means to pick up others?
