Something healthy, but actually tastes good. I'm trying to change my diet for long-term, but depriving myself of good flavors isn't an option. (And btw I don't mind cooking.)

These are two really good sources. You can also buy ingredients such as eggs or lentils that are versatile and either can be used throughout the week or stored for long periods of time. Another thing is that if you make something like roasted chicken one night, you can use the leftovers to make chicken soup or chicken and bean burritos.

Some things I really like to make are omelets. They're quick and easy and if you use things such as olive oil and veggies in it, it can be cheap and healthy. Also, if you have some leftover chicken meat and a carton of broth, you can make a really easy soup. Lmk if you want me to type up a recipe for you!

Lastly, make things you can freeze and use another time such as soup. If you put it out the night before, you can have a healthy meal without all the work.

I have a vague idea what it is now, she posted a thing on Tumblr about how long distant relationships don’t work and that stuff.
