And you crave it, along with the smallest physical intimacies.

So, here is my question (and this is honestly something I wonder about...)

Do straight women feel that electrical rush when they kiss men?

I have wondered this same thing, and judging by what friends have told me I have to assume yes they do. I just always assumed they were exaggerating as I had rarely if ever experienced that feeling.

I'm thinking they must, right? Otherwise, WHY??? I mean, the romantic literature, the movies, the music, the art... all inspired by straight love. It must be exciting as hell for them. I just never quite understood why it felt so blah to even think about men romantically. Figured something was wrong with me. But, I'd have to guess, if straight girls feel about guys the way I now allow myself to feel about girls, everything finally makes sense!

OMG listening to this right now sooo good.

I play viola primarily, but also (to varying degrees of success) guitar, bass, violin, and mandolin.

I play very basic piano and just got a guitar this year that I need to learn how to play. I'm a dancer though, was a pre professional ballerina when I was younger. My boobs and hip were too big though and had to stop. I choreograph show choir at my local high school now.
I use to get that feeling when I kissed guys but I don't think it was because I liked them. I think it was because someone was touching me in a sexual way. I feel nothing now when I kiss my husband.

Just catching up on this thread. Stabby, eh? Today I learned a new word. In this case, well chosen too. (But I guess I better stay on your good side... or out of your kitchen!)

In honor of RJay's first real kiss... my story. I just like remembering it. We're in high school, just youngsters. Worked at the same grocery store. We'd just seen a movie, and I tried a little kiss during it. She didn't say anything, but squeezed my hand. Walk through the Minnesota winter cold back to the car. She's driving. (Our second date; I drove on the first.) We get in, and she starts the car, the heater starts blowing. The radio comes on, Gordon Lightfoot. Then she turns in her seat, leans over, puts her arms around me, and... oh I can't describe it. But I'll never forget Jane.

I like kissing so many parts of her - her jaw sends me wild because to me it has a perfect line, her collar bone, her ear....and so on...

Wow. Just wow. You really let it rip at 6:30-ish.

I may have to use these guys for similar mini-releases. But my 3-minute pop confections don't hold a candle to this!

TTYTT, despite the natural resistance to yet another "linguistic identity" (anyone for hemisemidemisexual?) this makes me lol in an appreciative way. You have a cool nephew. I think I've drifted from conventionally bi (whatever that means) to heteroflexible. But ya know what? Shit happens!

Postscript: Yow, I seem to be hogging the thread. That's what happens when I drink coffee. No manspreading! (Yeah, look it up. I'm not responsible for my gender cohort.)

No worries! Every primarily female thread needs a cool male or two thrown in the mix to balance out the estrogen overflow!:slight_smile:

(Not to mention any guy who can follow these tangent within a tangent threads is likely A-OKAY!)

Thank you @Moonsparkle. But I don't know how much testosterone I can contribute... I still have lots of hair. (Head, not back, thank god(dess) (Heh, autocorrect "corrected" that to "godless". How did it know?) I seem to recall a correlation between high-T and male pattern baldness. I guess I'll take the cards I'm dealt.

Anyway I've always preferred hanging out with the girls. Better conversations.

It's like kissing a man. Only I find women to be better kissers most of the time.
