I wonder if anyone play MASS EFFECT ANDROMEDA here. These two are probably my favourite couples. Jaal and Scott. Any favourite game charaters couples?
Well yeah... They complain about the bugs and the bad face animation. But the story is still pretty awsome.
The story was awful. The game had virtually no redeeming features and was a complete shitshow from beginning to end, the the higher ups at the developer were constantly bickering, quitting, getting each other fired and forcing the dev team to start over so many times that the final product was literally developed in just two years, which is not even close to the amount of time a title like Andromeda needs. The game's development has been surrounded by incompetence all throughout with racists and inexperienced people in lead positions. The game is so shit that it single-handedly caused BioWare to put the franchise on ice and they just yesterday revealed that they have literally abandoned it and that they won't update the single-player anymore at all. They didn't even come close to fixing it and they're gonna leave it like the way it is right now. At least the developers of No More Sky are doing their best about trying to fix their mess; BioWare just bailed.
I haven't gotten too far in, though it has been a bit predictable. Still enjoying it, while the character animations could be polished a bit more, I do enjoy the environments.
No. Definitely not. Loving a game--any game--is fine, but don't pretend like it is something that it's not. It's a bad game with bad writing. For example, I love Fable 3, but I will admit that it is a shit game.
It's more of a judgement call. You can't say someone is pretending that it's a good game when they enjoy it and find it good. It's too subjective for a categorical statement of 'it's crap, regardless of what you think'.
It is way more objective than people make it appear to be. It's objectively a mess technically; objectively a mess when it comes to writing; objectively a mess when it comes to game design; objectively a mess when it comes to development process. Personally tolerating these points does not change the objective quality of the game. And it is important to remember that or else developers risk thinking that releasing this kind of shit is okay.
I love the mass effect series. Adore mass effect 2 and 3 but I couldn't get into Andromeda. It doesnt help that it doesn't perform very well on my PC but I also couldn't get into the story and characters. It just doesn't have the same feel as the earlier games. I am yet to finish it.
