Drawing. Learning new techniques, watching other people draw etc.
Watching stupid UFOs a ghosts channels on youtube. It occupies my mind but it doesn´t require much of my brain RAM.
Reading about history, thinking "the fuck I was lucky not to be there!"
    Reading fanfictions.
    Drinking (not much but still)

Sometimes I just like going out in the garden and walking across the lawn barefoot. It's also nice when I get to sit down in the sun and I can feel a nice breeze gently passing by my skin and I can just sit there and forget about everything. In that moment all I have to consider is the breeze, and that's a welcome relief.

whenever my friends are free, we are off to another city around the UK. i find cooping up with the internet does a lot harm, makes you lonely. i used to love my own company because the internet was all i needed, but recently, i find that now i'm old enough, i should go out and interact with the world. It's one of the best choices, because when you're out and about, time goes quickly, you're doing new things instead of aimlessly and religiously refresh your feed. train rides and music comes in with this travel thing and tbh it's all i need to free my mind.

Going for a run, creative writing, colouring (you know, those stress colouring books), playing music, reading, sudoku (not really sure why that calms me down). Anyone else?

I love going out to the desert by myself and finding a someplace to chill.... the problem right now is that in AZ there is no place to chill with all of the heat we've been having but the monsoons have started so I'm happy. The desert is beautiful right after it rains.. unless it floods.

I don't work out as often as I should, but when I do it actually makes me feel a bit better about whatever's bothering me, which I did not expect when I begrudgingly started working out lol. Cleaning is nice, and listening to music loudly with headphones in.

This is probably weird, but I also collect vintage toys and cleaning them and making them look nice for collection display is therapeutic.

Horseback riding. I've gone to riding classes every week for the past 8 years and everytime I've been able to forget all the negative thoughts and just focus. It's the best form of therapy for me and I wish I had more money, so I could go riding more often or even get my own horse.

Listening to music is also very effective.
