That's actually really cool, my degree was in video. I just couldn't find a job in it.

I actually have a lifeguarding job interview this Thursday! But other than that I get the occasional bagpiping gig (which actually pay surprisingly well).

I'm a "Software QA Engineer," which basically means that I test software. Software companies pay people like me partly so that bugs can be found and fixed before releasing the software to the customers. In my case, each customer may be paying millions of dollars to use our product, and can lose a lot of money from their customers if it fails. So catching bugs so that our devs can fix them is important enough to the company to hire people like me.

I've worked at Walmart as a cashier for a few years now. I've been major-hopping so at 25 i still haven't got a bachelors degree yet.

Guest Service Team Member at Target. Specifically, I'm a cashier. Unfortunately, hours are starting to be cut so I hope I can make it through. I'm applying to other jobs that are vastly more technical. I'm not saying I don't love servicing "guests," I just see myself as having a far more impressive résumé and I can see myself doing more.

You'll find a major that you're happy with sooner or later. Just remember it's never too late to complete your degree.

I have had temporary jobs for real companies as a teenager, but my family is not struggling financially so I don't have to work all the time, only when my family knows someone whose company has an opportunity open...

So yeah, I can make cat food labels, file documents, and work with software to find out the optimal place to distribute free coupons...

Idk if any of that counts but all the jobs payed well lol.

    I work in fast food.

It's not glamorous, but it's paying just enough for me to attend university this fall. So that's good enough for me.

Planning on psychiatry one day though.

I operate part of the UK railway signalling system; setting routes and controlling the movement of passenger and freight trains. If your train is delayed I might (just might) be responsible.

I also do a lot of incredibly rewarding voluntary work.

I currently work as an admin & accounts assistant but looking to move into self employment as a vocal & performance coach ASAP and actually do what I'm trained to!
