Try to focus on little victories, like cooking something good, taking a beautiful picture, getting out in the city, or just getting out of bed, and allow yourself to be proud of those things. Also, remember that there are other people feeling the way you do, and people who care about you and can understand what you're going through. And that although it may seem like this shitty period of your life is going to last forever, it won't, it will pass. Also, having read your posts, you sound very isolated. Is there an LGBT group in your area? If there is, you can go there and meet some people.
