Monster bench!!! Have you considered doing some glute specific training, like hip thrusts and glute bridges??? I mean, for sure your quads are very strong, so I dont think that thats the factor limiting your deadlift or squat once you recover. Besides there could be some nice aesthetic benefits to your already imposing yet sensual physique

Yeah being injured sucks, but I work my quads all the time still!

    Holy ----, you lift WHAT?

And I'm just hoping I'm strong enough to lift my bride at the wedding 10 or so years from now. I'd have to lift my weight or more.

I didn't realize it was possible for somebody to be (almost) a whole frickin' order of magnitude (factor of 10) stronger than me. Talk about human diversity!

I guess that's a good thing, right? Vive la différence!

You'd be surprised how far love and determination will take you. I'm sure you'll do fine!

    I love muscley women.

I'd wager you can fit in as butch or femme, depending on how you dress, portray yourself, etc. as more "masculine" or "feminine". I don't think being "strong" means automatically that you're in either category. I mean, have you seen Serena Williams? She doesn't look butch at all to me.
