I haven't listened to the radio since they took my favorite rock station down, almost ten years ago.

 

About to throw these fucking glasses through the wall. Can't do anything that involves looking down without them slowly slipping down my nose. Can't write, can't do art, can't do anything. It's infuriating. And of course my appointment to get them replaced is still a week away and who knows how long it'll take them to actually make the new pair. :bang:

How could OCR not spot the mistake in their GCSE Lit paper? Laughed my head off when I found out on the radio.

The question was write about Shakespeare's presentation of Tybalt's hatred towards the Capulets.

 

:lol: Perhaps instead of focusing on the rift between the Montagues and the Capulets, we should've been thinking about the secret inner conflict in the Capulet family.

I'm due to take my literature exam soon (I passed the first time but I failed language so I still have to retake my literature even though I bloody passed. :dry.

 

Before, this happened:

Random young boy whom I don't know, who was randomly passing us (to me): Hey you, you f:***:king sexy beast.

I just burst out laughing. XD :lol: That timing though. :roflmao:

 

The doctor just called with the CT results: it's a hernia, no diverticulitis at all.

 

Messi and Ronaldo fanboys both suck. Nobody cares which of your players is better. Can we just admit that they're both two of, if not THE two, best players of a generation and move on?

For some reason I have that one scene from The Green Mile stuck in my head; the one where they put the guy in the electric chair and go to execute him, but the executioner intentionally does it wrong because he's a dick, and the condemned guy catches fire. That's the scene I walked in on the other day when someone else was watching it, but two days later it's inexplicably stuck in my head.

I dreamed my college building was surrounded by barbed wire fences. I used an iron pickaxe to dig under the fence. Then I was in my primary school playground and I met Daydreamer1. He was a famous horror film director. I showed him a white frisbee with signatures on it. Somehow it transformed into a picture book. The last bit I remember is I said "I like hardcore gore" and I was talking about how he needs more gore in his films. WTF

 

Today I walked into a store and saw the Crimestoppers poster advertising a $13,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest of the bastard(s) who shot and killed a young woman out jogging drive-by style just a mile from my house last summer.

The shooting happened about the time I normally left for work, right around 2:30 pm. Based on the routes through my town, it's not inconceivable that the killer might have driven by my neighborhood.

That day I'd left the house 15 minutes earlier than I normally did so I could get gas before I had to be at work. If I hadn't left early, it's possible that I could have seen the car, maybe even followed it and seen its license plate when I turned left out of my subdivision.

Maybe then the bastard(s) would be in prison where they belong. No leads have led the police anywhere, and almost a year later, the killer or killers are still at-large.

What a season! What a freaking season! After everything our boys went through the last few months, from heartbreaking cup exits to a freaking terrorist attack, we deserved this title. This is amazing. Absolutely amazing. So proud of our boys.

 

It takes a lot of work to make good maps in Hexographer.
