I still have that, it's really annoying when I'm saying something with 'r's in it, and having people always asking me to repeat myself. I could get it fixed with a speech therapist but I don't have the time or dedication to do it.

I say "idear" instead of "idea". That's probably my accent

Anyway, when I was a child I used to say...

    "so-so-path" instead of "sociopath"

    "stat-you" instead of "statue"

    "nar-sis-tec" instead of "narcissistic"

    "necro-feely-ah" instead of "necrophilia"

    "alt-zimmers" instead of "alzheimer's"

Plus I'm sure I said "grand pricks" instead of "grand prix" at least once before I was corrected

I cannot say "peppermint," especially when I have to say it faster or a normal pace. It just comes out like "pp-a-mnt." I have trouble with words that require a lot of p's and b's like that kind of trip me up. Also, I feel awkward saying "rural."

most of words are difficult to pronounce for me. I have a speech disorder that is a natural consequence of hearing impairment.

I'm from Massachusetts and have a lisp, so the letters R, S, and Z are hard. My R's aren't silent like in the Boston accent, but not pronounced like an American accent either. The worst thing is my last name. It's pretty common, but I have to say it 5 times then spell it a lot of the time. For example, if it was Murphy, I would say something more like "Mowphy".

Because of this, some people have thought I'm from another country, but I actually lived here my whole life.

Ukrainian being my native tongue, pronouncing "g" is hard due to us pronouncing it "ghh (г)". My german is fine except "g" (again) in words like "grosse" (big) where the front of the word is unintelligible

honestly, my last name is pretty difficult for me to pronounce. but it's also pretty rare, so rarely anyone knows how to write it down when I say it, regardless of my speech, and I usually have to spell it letter by letter.
Z is also pretty hard for me to pronounce. or German S. it usually ends up being soundless.

It's made famous by a song from Mary Poppins, but yes, it is a real word. It's used to imply that something is extraordinarily good or wonderful.

This will help you understand how to say it.

There's no specific words I have trouble pronouncing, but when I was younger I had trouble with certain sounds and I currently have a bit of a verbal tic, though it's pretty minor.

Polish word for "ruthless". I'm learning Polish and I don't usually have many problems with pronunciation, but this word is just insane and really hard for me to pronounce.
