Am I weird for liking the way a dog's sweaty paws smell? Also, puppy breath... Probably doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out I love dogs  What are your "weird" (according to you) life obsessions? (Non-LGBT related)
Pecans. I can just snack on nothing but pecans. and I'll use pecans to shell other pecans. ---------- Post added 12th Jan 2017 at 12:20 PM ---------- And Graye, it's okay to like how fire looks, or to safely burn things like paper. But please don't hurt yourself.
Okay, Jack. I'll try. It's been three weeks since I last self harmed and don't intend on doing it again.
3 weeks is good! you can keep it up. I know you can. When you feel down or alone, just talk to someone. (*hug*) I'm here whenever you need to talk
Let's see, I love playing with fire, I have full conversations with my cats, though they are usually one-sided. Occasionally she'll talk back. I also keep my school alarm clock on during the weekends, because I like waking up, then getting to go back to sleep.
Talk to myself, sometimes answer myself. Love to kiss babies' butts. Love smell of fresh coffee and tea and freshly cut lumber.
Normal is boring. I enjoy being weird, and my interests are "normal" to me even if it gets strange reactions. * I have a peculiar obsession with 80s horror movies, and the cheesier they are, the better. * I've been building up a collection of notebooks that I sometimes use once, and then never again. I swear, I just have part of my filing cabinet full of just notebooks. * I play what-if scenarios in my head constantly; mostly about the zombie apocalypse.
I love the smell of my dogs' paws - one of them has paws that smell better than the other's and I have no idea why! I also talk to myself constantly - it's what happens when you live on your own!
People have called me weird consistently in the early half of grade school, I maybe it's because I'm super inquisitive and can get enjoy learning about very specific topics. In Kindergarten, I showed my teachers the my drawing of the flag of New Mexico, and I painted pictures of what I imagined to be Xanadu (a place of great beauty, based on Kublai Khan's summer palace in present-day Mongolia). Later, around 3rd grade, I tried taking home a freshly dead gecko from the school to dissect at home, and when a PE coach asked me to dispose of the carcass, I pretended to throw it away in the trash can. (She found out, though, and watched me throw it away.) Now, I pursue some interests that others may find unusual, such as conlanging, growing hot peppers, composing Classical-inspired music, and planning out how to establish a permanent utopian community in the near future.
I like the smell of a library too. All those books...... and I'm not even that big on reading. Just...the smell of books. So alluring. Lol. I should probably read more anyway. Books that is, not EC (But EC is interactive and fun). Decisions, decisions :eusa_thin
