    I'm sick as a dog with allergies. This unseasonably warm winter has started my allergy suffering a bit earlier. Whoever doesn't believe in "climate change" can go screw themselves. I already started on Allegra and CANNOT wait for the active enantiomer of Zyrtec (cetirizine) to come out over-the-counter in March: Xyzal (levocetirizine).

    I'm trying to finally work up the nerve to visit my university's Gender and Sexuality Resource Center. I really want a place to meet people going through similar stuff to me, but I'm only out to 2 people and so it would be a big step? I'm in a weird spot where I know who I am sexuality wise, and have for a long time now, but I haven't felt comfortable sharing that.

    So bizarre. I dreamed I was out "all dolled up" at the mall, and ran into two older trans women from our local support group. Pretty sure I was blushing hard, without even seeing myself! Makes me wonder what brought this on (if only life were so simple)...

    The person who regularly talks about ableism just said I'm in my little world because I couldn't hear something. The fuck. But if I said that to them, I'd be an asshole.

    Can people see why I hate being hard of hearing now? If I need someone to repeat something, I'm an inconvenience. If I have to listen to my music at a certain volume, then I'm being annoying and how it's wrong because something can happen and I might not know. Yet, I can be sitting next to this person and try to get their attention with their headphones on, and they won't hear me if I try to get their attention. Fucking funny how it only applies to me, right?
