There's a guy in my Italian course that's just so multicultural I just can't take it x)

He's born in Spain, his mom is a Quebecer, his dad is from South Africa, his grandparents are Scottish and he speaks four languages fluently (French, English, Spanish and Catalan).

Can you please get in my bed? :')

This reminds me... there does seem to be a lot more coming and going to and fro Latin America and other "Latin" regions, usually Mediterranean Europe. No idea if it's as common for those from Germanic countries to migrate to places like US, Canada, Australia... but everything is so mixed up these days, you'd be hard-pressed to get any fast and easy answers.

I feel like if I were to have sex with a girl, the gay guys would be like, "why would you have sex with a girl if you're gay?" Then again, I am one of those gay guys that thinks that. In my defense, I'm able to experiment, okay? I'm just going out of my comfort zone. Of course I'll be doing that in college.

Yours truly is now a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. It's so much better than your run-of-the-mill bar to have drinks and make friends.

Hooray for hopping out of your comfort zone. Interestingly, someone on Candid asked of gay men would have sex with women, and the majority replied they would if they were able to. Conversely, someone asked lesbians the same question i.e., Sex with a man and they replied with disgust and did not welcome the question.

I mean, if I'm able to stay erect, then that's an accomplishment.

Does anyone else get road rage from pushing a cart through Walmart or is it just me?

I get some amount of road rage pushing a cart through Walmart but it's not extreme. I can tell I'm much more calm when I'm pushing a cart through other supermarkets

I get mad because almost every other cart at my Walmart needs to have an alignment and drive at an angle. Target has the best carts.

I've met many latinos, mostly Colombians, in high school and elementary school. They were mostly there because of the crisis in the country. Colombia has a real corruption problem and I suppose they didn't want their children to live through that. As for Spain, beats me. I can count on one hand the number of Spaniards I met.

This guy, however, seems to have moved here because of his mother. Plus, he can go back whenever he wants because he has three passports (that lucky bastard!)

We spent 30 minutes have a 75 minute history class discussing if we were happy with our high school education (I wasn't).
Teacher got mad when one dude said his parents sent him to a private school that he hated, and that he hated it because none of the teachers were qualified to teach. None went to school for teaching or licenses or certificates, they were hired because they of their religion and the school didn't want to higher from a proper university because then the person's religious views might be tainted.
So the teacher argued that you don't have to be qualified to teach, and that he doubts these teachers were hired simply because of their religion.

He was then all praise for the dude who said that he loved his school because it was very religious.

I would hang out with the first dude and his two friends but they are very condescending. They think they are smarter than everyone in the class. They call the girls behind them dumb things 1 and 2.

Why would an important family member accuse me of stealing things from my mom...

Differentiating between Daad/daal and Saad/siin in Arabic is such a pain. Aa vowels are easy, but I can barely hear a difference on ii and uu.

I suppose this is the way non-native English speakers feel about the many different ways of pronouncing "th" in English. =/

You can have sex with whoever you want as long as there's consent. You can still be gay and be erect while being intimate with a woman. You might be Kinsey 4 or 5. But you're still gay. Don't let anyone judge you for that. You like what you like!

When I was playing a video game before (at a convention), someone came up to me and said that he guessed I was right-handed judging on the way I played the game. I'm actually not, I'm left-handed. Goes to show that I actually use my right more than I had thought previously. I guess I'm so used to ignoring my instincts and adjusting to right-handed controls that I just don't think about it anymore. I still write with my left though, but the funny thing is- that game I was playing is apparently easier if you do it left-handed.

 Damn right-handed games made me mess up because I'm not used to following my instincts and using my left for computers. This is why left-handed computer mice in mainly right-handed countries are a bad idea- the majority of us lefties just adapt to using computers with our right because they've been designed to be used that way most of the time. To use one would mean relearning to follow our natural instinct, but our natural instinct isn't so natural to us anymore because we've ignored it so often that it becomes natural to do so- to a point where it becomes unnoticeable.
