    Meh, I'm used to flying out of Flint, an airport that takes all of 10 minutes to get from ticket counter to the security line, that is if there's a long line at the counter. Sure as hell beats going through Detroit.

    Thinking of that I haven't had my hair cut in 2 years >.< But anyway I am suddenly really determined to go to America all by myself. If my dad's passport isn't ready and I really want to go to this camp it is the only solution. But it sounds like a fun adventure in itself.

    Seriously frustrated at my father. He won't let me get on a plane by myself. I mean I am 16 not 6. The way he immediately rejected with a 'no way' made me felt like he doesn't trust me and doesn't believe I can do it. At least my mother is on the fence. She realises I have to become independent and do stuff on my own and trusts me to do so. I know he is worried and being protective but I really feel underestimated and it really hurts.
