    My school is just getting worse and worse. The teachers can't teach because even top set has people in it that don't deserve to be there, so everyone's at a different level. The school has a lot of stupid people who get poor grades, behave badly and don't do any work. Hence, they can't do anything to help the more able students, so in some lessons I just sit there not learning anything. Bring on grammar schools, Theresa May.

    He's like one of those people that people call when they have an issue with their credit card. He did this last year (the call thing) for AT&T so he must love dealing with people and how stupid they can be.

    Oh. One of my mom's friends is a Customer Service Representative for United Airlines over at O'Hare, so you can imagine she has to deal with that sort of thing too. Working for an airline can be one of the most infuriating jobs sometimes.

    In fact, yesterday she called my mom, saying that she had to deal with one of the most unreasonable customers she's ever had to at the ticket counter last Thursday.
