If you could you live in any video game universe, which one?

For the scenery it would be Skyrim, although I think I would prefer a more futuristic world than one which is set around the Roman/Dark Ages era.

 

The Sims. Then I can console command myself into a five story mansion and build my own boyfriend.

 

Pokemon because having my own would be awesome

I don't think i'd want to live in any video game universe (that doesn't take place in the real world) since all the ones i'm familiar with don't have the amount of tech we do today. but if I had to i'd probably choose Hyrule as it's relatively safe compared to alot of other universes

 

Undertale. If you don't already understand, I can't possibly explain it.

 

I'm not sure if it counts but I'd like to live in the Shadowrun universe.

 

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles for sure. Tight knit communities that work together and support each other, simple lifestyles with a reliance on close family and friends ... and such wonderful aesthetics in their architecture, clothing, tools, etc. Their world may be super dangerous but it's got a lot of positives in my opinion.

 

I mean... you could just go to Norway or Sweden that pretty much everything in skyrim was inspired by.


On-topic, I'd probably choose the Mass Effect universe. It's interesting, it's has all the modern conveniences I'm used to and more, I'd get to socialize with other races that are not humans, I'd get to have sex with Blueberry Butts (AKA Asari) and I'd get to fucking go to space.

I'd love to live in the Dragon Age universe. I just feel like I'd love living anywhere in Thedas. As long as I don't have to worry about being killed by the events that take place in the games, I feel like I'd be a very happy person there.

 

The universe of starbound

First, I think Elder Scrolls, so I can be a wizardcat who throws fireballs! No homophobes! And then there's Sheogorath, who knows the fishstick is a very delicate state of mind. Only deity I'd ever consider worshipping.

...Then I remember how stabby their general population is.


So yeah, I'll go with Pokémon. Espeon's the next best thing! :lol:

Or you'd be very limited in even your free will and mind-controlled whenever that scary green crystal hovers near.. *cough*

Not to mention how relatively peaceful the world is where even the local mafia is happy-go-lucky most of the time.

I'd say... Elder Scrolls Oblivion. I love its scenery so gosh darn much. And them Argonians though..

 

I'd go to Columbia from Bioshock Infinite if it weren't ruled by a religious zealot, didn't treat non-whites so horribly, and if I didn't have a fear of heights (and if it was physically possible not to die from skylines). Rapture from the first two games would be cool too if Plasmids didn't become addictive and 'cause side-effects and if the city didn't become so dangerous.

 

GTA 5 for sure

 

100% Pokemon. Except for the fact that home and auto insurance would probably be through the roof based on all the dangerous Pokemon, it has good hospital availability and it seems super fun.
