    Just got two new pizza pans, and this is gonna be pizza making weekend! My mom gave me my Sicilian great-grandmothers pizza dough recipe, and I'm gonna set out to work. This will be fun.

    Plus, I am SO sick of this trend of these ultra-thin crust pizzas, where it's like a buncha shit sitting on a brittle cracker. The next hipster I see eating one of these is gonna have a pizza shoved up his ass. A pizza needs a good, bready crust, not a wafer.

    /pizza rant :slight_smile:

    Really, I don't mind a thin crust now and again, it's just become hard to get much else around here...

    Thus the joy of baking pizzas in a warm kitchen on a day where the windchill has the temp at a high of about 10°F (-12°C) and falling...

    Apparently the Walgreens in my area have exactly one guy-for-guy Valentine's Day card. Which is awesome that they stock it, but makes me worried that my bf and I will end up giving it to each other tomorrow. I'm sure many couples have the same worry.

    Guys on leather? You can see from time to time a guy on leather trousers, sometimes wearing all leather, nobody stares at you here, or says anything for wearing leather wherever you want, it's quite common.
