Recently I met a girl who doesn't believe in shaving. No removing hair on the legs, armpits, etc. Coming from a heavy dance/swim background I've always been around girls who are for the most part clean shaven. (The exception sometimes legs or bikini waxes). My question for everyone is: do you believe in removal of body hair/would you date someone with hair on their bodies?
maybe. I would date someone with some body hair but not a lot. Too much body hair is a turn off for me
Just like the girl you met, I don't believe me in shaving. So, of course I'd date a girl who doesn't shave.
Hair on a person's body has nothing to do with whether I would date them or not, so... maybe. Depends on the person's personality.
If it's kept clean and is tended to, it isn't a problem. What is a problem are individuals who let it grow wild, and take no pride in themselves -- that is a turn off. Also, I think there's something rather attractive about somebody who does what they want, not what others want them to do. So, there are potential bonus points to be had here.
Doesn't everyone have body hair? I don't mind minimal, or trimmed. Some places naturally have more hair than others. As long as it's kept clean, I'm fine. Not really into the whole "fur coat" look.
Not particularly attractive to me, but if I liked them that wouldn't be a deal breaker. I don't find it unattractive either, I'd just respect whatever they're comfortable with.
Maybe. If I find them attractive otherwise, then the hair's not going to be a problem. Of course if they start to look like a werewolf, it's a different thing entirely. Not that I don't like werewolves..
I'm very hairy myself. And whenever I shave, the hair grows back a LOT thicker. I totally ruined my underarms by shaving. I now wax mostly everything, however it's very painful. I envy those who can go in the shower and shave themselves within 20 minutes...I can NEVER do that, without suffering... It's quite a struggle, and I wouldn't date someone who expected me to be hairless every day. I mostly do it for my own confidence and hygiene, anyway. I voted "DEFINETELY" As long as they keep clean and I can see skin.
