I have been wearing makeup when I'm home alone for a while now and I decided I would wear it to school I got a lot of looks and some people laughed I did this again and it was a little better but still bad is what I'm doing ok
I don't see anything wrong with it Do what makes you happy. Fuck the haters. It's a form of self-expression and nobody should make fun of you or give you dirty looks because of it. I think you're awesome for trying it out (*hug*)
Why wouldn't it be okay? Other than suffering the stupidity of young teenagers' judgment (sorry to anyone in that age range but it's true) it's for your own gratification and doesn't effect anyone else. If you like it, rock it. Makeup looks good.
Thanks guys the kids are not the worst it's mostly my parents I haven't told them yet (don't ask how I get out of the house ) and I don't think my parents would be OK with it
As long as your safe and no one lays a hand on you....go for it. Let them laugh. Let them talk. First and foremost....be yourself.
AYE. FIGHT ME. Ill rek you. I'm jacked irl bro. Naw jk. ---------- Post added 16th Sep 2015 at 05:38 AM ---------- Yeah dude, just be yourself.
I think people are starting to accept it everyday less and less people comment about it or really care
I think it depends on how you are doing the make up you know. If you are dressed as a male, the last thing that looks good is girl style make up. If you really must, then try for the gothy or emo look, at least it won't throw people off when they see a male in the hallways with strait up girl style make up on. there are plenty of ways to feel pretty using make up with out all the glam hype ups. Like soft contouring, and light eye shadowing, but avoid all the coloring and mascara's and lip sticks. I know you are exploring your feelings, and that's good, but you can't get yourself depressed if people say things to you that aren't nice. Trust me, you can wear make up, and people wouldn't even know it. Good Luck
There's nothing wrong with that. Just make sure you're make up is good and not "all in your face" , it should be fine. just try not to use too much make up , sorry for my language but no one like to walk with some 1 who looks like a potential clown. The more natural your make up looks the better it is. In fact, I believe that make up was created to cover dem flaws and not to cover your face. PS: I'm against make up ,for both genders, just embrace your natural beauty, though there's nothing wrong with hiding a zit or two x)
My personal opinion on makeup is that I kind of find it an outdated and demeaning form of beauty for women. I prefer natural beauty over forcing beauty with what boils down to just face-painting. These are just my thoughts on the matter, you don't have to take them to heart, I say do whatever makes you happy. If that means put on makeup, you can put on makeup. If that means eating an aardvark for lunch, you can eat the aardvark. I won't be the judge on your life choices.
